Summer outing namen sa company ( some projects lang) , March 21-22, 2009

Just today, witway has been added in the gallery of viawindowslive website. This gallery has a couple of websites that uses Windows Live technologies.

Kanina, sumakay kami ng LRT sa Libertad station going to Monumento. May dala kaming regalo na nakabalot. Maliit lang ang regalo at binalot lang sa pangkaraniwang wrapper na nakahugis damit. Damit naman kc talaga ang laman ng regalo. At tulad ng inaasahan dadaan sa guard. Pero ang di ko inasahan ay ang putanginang guard ay pilit na pinapabuksan ang regalo. Kung dangan ba naman syang TANGA at BOBO. Napakaliit ng regalo at hawakan na lamang ito ay malalamang malambot na bagay ang nasa loob. Pero hindi, pinagpilitan nyang pabuksan ito. Nagmamatigas ako subalit hindi umuubra. At iyun nga, binuksan nyang pilit ang regalo at nasira pa ang pagkakakapit ng tape dahil nga papel ang wrapper. Duon na ako nagsimulang magmura. Ang mga PUTANGINANG 2 guard ay sinasabing ginagawa nila ng kanilang trabaho at wag daw akong makialam. Eh PUTANGINA PALA TALAGA ANG DALAWANG UGOK NA BOBONG TANGA NA YUN. Ang maliit na dala dalahan namin ang pinagdiskitahan subalit yung ibang mga tao na sumunod sa amin na may dalang bag at malalaking plastic ay ginagamitan lang nila ng magic wand. Hindi nila hinahalwat para makita ang laman sa kailaliman. PUTANGINANG MGA YUN, kahit na sinasampal sila ng pagmumura ko eh dedma lang sa akin at patuloy nilang pinalalampas ang iba naming kasunod.

GANYAN KABULOK, KATANGA, AT WALANG KAKWENTA KWENTA ANG MGA GUARD AT SISTEMA SA LRTA PATI NA SA MRT.

Kung hindi nga lang nagmamadali at mabubulok kami sa putangina naman trapik pag nag dyip or bus eh di sana hindi ako sumasakay sa putanginang lrt/ mrt na yan.

Ang surname nung dalawang bobong tangang guard ay Tamano (or Tamayo) ung lalaki at ung babae naman ay Tano (or Tayo). Di ko na masyadong maalala dahil sa galit ko sa PUTANGINANG DALAWA NA YUN.

MARAMI PANG KATANGAHAN ANG SISTEMA NG MRT/LRT. ALAM MO YAN, OO IKAW NGA NA NAGBABASA NITO, KUNG SUMASAKAY KA SA MRT/LRT.

BOBONG TANGA!!!!

2008 has just passed and I can say it was a good year for me.

1. Napagtapos ko na ang aking asawa ng kursong nursing.. nakapag exam na rin..
2. I bought new house and lot.. aw.. nakapag loan pala through pag-ibig, but I am still in the stage of paying the equity until August this year..
3. I bought my own hosting account and have deployed my own blog and website(http://tinyshed.net/ , http://witway.tinyshed.net/ , http://yafbg.tinyshed.net/ , http://mattoxxavier.net/ ).
4. I got 2 credits cards and the credit limit were not bad. Had I not employed in a big company then this blood-sucking credit cards companies will not issue me card until now. (ano daw?) amfotah.. dati ayaw akong bigyan... taenang mga 'to palagay nyo saken walang pambayad??? kelangan ko lng ng card for online transaction.. ungas!
5. I bought a new digital camera.
6. I bought a new cell phone.
7. I climbed Mt. Lobo (Lobo, Batangas)
8. I swam went to Matabungkay (Lian ? , Batangas)
9. I reached Mt. Pinatubo crater at naglublob sa malansang tubig ng bulkan. (Last Dec 2007, Taal volcano naman ang napuntahan ko.)
10. I went to Naga.
11. I went to Sagada and had a wonderful experience wandering the Sumaguing Cave, Falls at kung ano ano pa.
12. I passed 3 Microsoft certification exams.
13. I had a lot of professional and technical trainings.

Madami rin palang nangyari sa buhay ko. Pero ayun di pa rin ako marunong mag-english.. punyeta!

Eh ano naman kaya sa 2009 ?

2009 Plans:

1. Pay the Laptop
2. Pass 1-2 Microsoft certifications.
3. Move to the new house.
4. Makapag ipon para may pambili ng gamit sa bagong bahay.
5. Climb a atleast two mountains
6. Buy a car... wahehe

While witway has been online for more than a month now, there were only 12 registered users up to date. Well, actually there were 20 in the database but the remaining 8 didn't confirm their email yet to progress with the rest of the registration process. I checked the traffic and there were many hits coming from the asmsi site. Meaning, asmsis were visiting the site, they just don't want to become a member. Maybe because witway didn't capture their interest. They find the site boring. For me, as a developer, I don't go for the design. I want an application that runs. Sure enough witway has no good web design to offer but the basic functionality to search for batchmate, whereabouts and branch is there. Zooming in and out of the map alone gives idea who-is-where-thing. Which is actually far more better than the asmsi search feature. Once they found who they are looking for they can even dig deeper to view their complete profile which contains other information.

Well, I am not expecting anything anyways. I just want to create website to learn new technology.

For the development side I am planning to port the site to Silverlight application. SL is cool. I would also used WCF and the .NET 3.5 framework.

So much to learn.
